Tehran is ready to reinitiate nuclear talks with Washington provided that it is approached with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed recent overtures had come from go-betweens to resume talks with the Trump administration. He said Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.

Walking a Challenging Course

Araghchi is treading a difficult route since Iran does not want appear to be acting from a position of vulnerability, and he emphatically stated that Iran had emerged more resilient defensively and mentally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.
